Internal and external thread needle valve

The J21W/H/Y threaded needle valve is a precision flow control valve suitable for various scenarios. It can open, shut off, or throttle corrosive and non-corrosive media such as water, oil, and gas.

Manufactured according to GB/T12224-2005 and JB/T7747-1995 standards, this valve features a conical or spherical sealing structure, providing excellent sealing performance. It can withstand a nominal pressure of ≤10000Psi and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -29℃ to +538℃. Nominal diameters range from DN6 to DN25, and it is compatible with various thread types including NPT, G, Rc, and Rp. The valve body can be made of various materials such as 20# steel, A105 steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel to meet the corrosion and pressure resistance requirements of different operating conditions.
