Internally and externally threaded needle valves are small-diameter control valves commonly used in industrial piping systems, primarily for precise regulation and shut-off of fluid media. Their core feature is the use of internal and external threaded connections, ensuring convenient installation and a secure connection. They are suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive media environments and are widely used in piping systems in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and instrumentation industries.
These valves typically employ a conical or spherical sealing structure with a needle-shaped valve core, enabling high-precision flow control. Due to their compact structure and high pressure resistance, they are particularly suitable for applications with limited space or high sealing performance requirements. Common models include J21W and J13W, with nominal diameters generally ranging from DN6 to DN32 (i.e., 1/8" to 1"), applicable pressures up to 10000 Psi, and a wide operating temperature range from -29℃ to +538℃.
